Hiya,
Somehow our tickets when opened in BigGantt have all been set to the 'start date' that somoene first tried to import them into a BigGantt chart.
Is there a way to see the tickets 'stacked' behind each other - as I only have 4 resources - it's wrong that all tickets are showing as starting on the same day - I'd expect this kind of tool to allow me to do a 'what if' scenario showing what it would look like in terms of timeline if I say each engineer should have no more than 5 tickets open. And then I'd expect BigGannt to add 5 tickets to one resource, 5 to the next etc etc - and then start 'stacking up' the rest of the tickets (which have time estimated) .. so that e.g. we then see that the project will take us to February of next year or whaver - e.g the gantt chart will have some time-axis depth instead of all tickets just automatically being one big line on the first day they were loaded into a chart.
e.g. just my biggantt looks like a vertical line and resources have like 50 tickets ...whereas I'd expect to be able to see when the work could be completed with 4 engineers at 5 tickets each... i.e. the graph looks like a triangle from top left to bottom right (like you'd expect a gantt to look?)
