Any ideas how to install the lug in for JIRA? I downloaded the plug in and when I click on it I get a "failed to load main-class manifest attribute from...(my location where I have th plug in located.

Go to the plugins page of jira, install new, and upload from where you downloaded it to.

Alternatively you can just search for it in the plugins page, and it will install it from plugins.atlassian.com.
