I am trying to integrate Jira with our company Cloud DevOps. Wanted to configure the DevOps pipeline to be sync using "Azure DevOps for Jira (Official)" (https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/1232793/azure-devops-for-jira-official?hosting=cloud&tab=overview) app. We were able to install it. However, when we try to configure it, it always gives below error.

This issue happens with our company Jira<-->DevOps. However, when i tried to test the same with my personal Jira and DevOps, it works perfectly. One difference i noticed with our company DevOps compared my personal DevOps is company DevOps having so many organizations, while my personal DevOps having only 2 organizations.

This is really important to us to setup this. Did anybody else face this issue? or can anybody help me.

P/S: I also tried with paid app "Azure DevOps for Jira" (https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/1231122/azure-devops-for-jira?hosting=cloud&tab=overview) . It does the work as expected. but we have limitation with the permission allocation of this app, problem is that it can use 1 token. So, if I use the token of the DevOps user, I had access to all organizations and projects. On the other hand, this is not so critical because I have to create associations for each DevOps project. The problem is more that I cannot not specify which Jira project is connected. Theoretical it is connected to all Jira projects in our instance

Also we tried with https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/1220515/azure-pipelines-for-jira?hosting=cloud&tab=overview. I am not able to install this due to installation throws an error.

Any other similar app suggestion also would help us.

Thank you in advance,

Amila
