I'm running Jira Service Management 5.4.15 and Jira Software 9.4.15 (Commercial Data Center)
I have a JSM project with a custom issue type (Acquisition Request). This issue type has a custom field named "selector". The smart value is {{issue.fields.customfield_11400}}.
I want to create an automation rule to run when an issue is created that checks the value of the custom field, compares it to prior issues of that same issuetype, and sends an email notification to a manager if the custom field value matches exactly.
I found info regarding the 'lookup issues' option, but I'm not sure I have the logic written correctly. PLEASE HELP!
