Associate Form ID and Responses with a different space

A user has created a Form ID in their user space and would like to associate it with a site space. There are already responses that they would like to preserve. Is there way to change the space association of a Form ID and responses?

I have the same question. I need to move several forms, formID & Responses from one space to another. The only way i have found is to create a new form from scratch in the lew location and use a different ID. Which is not really good for keeping historicals in 2 seperate places and 2 ID numbers. PLease let me know if there is a better solution.
