Can you please provide a bit more context around what you are trying to do? I know you can use automation for Jira to trigger notifications, but assets do not have a built in notification scheme as far as I am aware.
Under the Asset Schema Configuration --> Automation, we have several rules
that send an email notification based on a trigger.
My customer has asked if we can update the email notification template.

The only way to do something like that would be to modify the templates via the file system. I wouldn't recommend doing that though.
