Adding a custom field in a form

Hey all

Im trying to add a custom field in my form. I know i can add custom fields in the Issues--Custom fields.

My question is I would like to add a table to the form eg

Custom info
Custom info 2
Custom info 3

Is this possible?

Also is there a resource which details what all the custom fields and their properties / options / uses?

I would suggest ProForma forms for that function - it works great.

By default features It's not possible within Jira, you may need to deploy a plugin.
