Hello Team,

I've installed the trial version of the app on my Jira instance, and it automatically included 205 users in the trial. I plan to purchase a license for 16-25 users and update it soon.

Since the app is still in the trial period, I can't find the option to manage users on my bill board. Could you please guide me on how to do this? I want to avoid being charged for the current 205 users during the trial.

Hi Yunus, 

As per the Atlassian Marketplace policy, the billing for add-ons is based on the total number of users in your Jira account.

This means that if your Jira account has 205 paid users, the license fee applies to all 205 users, regardless of how many actually use the app. We realize this might not be ideal in your situation, but please know that this is a standard policy across all Jira apps and is outside of our control as the app vendor.

How many users licenses you have purchased for Jira (Cloud or DC), it totally depends on it.
