ALM Structure: Count values in a cell from a formula column

In our structure there is a formula column with the following values as examples.

2, 2, 2, 1, 3, 2, 3, 3

We now want to count how often the value 3 occurs.
Result for 3=3

The values from the Formula Column should only be counted in the current row. Not those of the next issues in the structure or child issues...
