8x8 ContactNow Plugin

My 8x8 Contact Now plugin stopped working a couple of days ago, I'm guessing a change was made on Atlassian platform? 

Getting Error saying We're having trouble connecting to the 8x8 Contactnow phone tryin contacting the developer? not sure where to start?

That error message means that Jira is trying to reach out to the server that the App is running on and is getting no response from it.  I suspect the problem is with 8x8, not Atlassian.
