Atlassian job openings are posted to https://www.atlassian.com/company/careers/all-jobs

To the best of my knowledge, Atlassian does not offer any roles with that specific title.  That said, we are aware of a number of users that have been scammed by someone on telegram and using a gmail address to appear to offer employment from Atlassian in such a role.  You can see similar threads in relation to this in

I am not sure if you have been affected by this as well, but if you have received any messages on Telegram from someone claiming to be from Atlassian, I recommend reporting them to Telegram directly in https://t.me/notoscam

Atlassian does not use Telegram in any capacity.

If you received email from a gmail account claiming to offer employment at Atlassian, there is a form over in https://support.google.com/mail/contact/abuse?hl=en that you could complete.  If this messages comes from some other address, perhaps you could share with us some of the email header details so that we can try report this to proper mail host.
