About the Job

As a Sales Solution Architect you will be responsible for driving sales of Tempo’s products within Europe and APAC. You will represent Tempo and manage all aspects of the sales process including lead management, qualification, evaluation, close and account care and will play an integral role in the success of the overall sales team. This is a quota-carrying sales position.

The role involves

  • Meeting and exceeding sales goals (quotas) through prospecting, qualifying, managing and closing sales opportunities within the assigned territory.
  • Maintaining knowledge of our portfolio and  awareness of competing products and programs.
  • Developing and managing sales pipeline, prospecting and assessing sales and moving a large number of transactions simultaneously through the sales pipeline.
  • Managing and tracking customer and transactional information in a CRM system.
  • Assist the prospect throughout the sales cycle.
  • Providing excellent product demonstrations and general support to prospective customers.
  • Nurturing and expanding the company’s relationship with customer accounts of various sizes and industries.
  • Providing regular reporting of pipeline and forecasting.
  • Keeping abreast of competition, competitive issues and products.
  • Practicing effective, excellent verbal and written communication with management, prospects and support staff.
  • Participating in team-building and company-growth activities including strategy setting, sales training, marketing efforts and customer care.

The ideal candidate

  • Has 3 to 5  years in software sales including both transactional sales and strategic selling experience.
  • Has worked within the Atlassian Ecosystem
  • Is a consistent over achievement of sales goals in a large geographic territory.
  • Is a highly driven individual with an execution focus and a strong sense of urgency and a belief in Tempo’s mission.
  • Has the ability to quickly learn and demonstrate technology and business value proposition
  • Has worked in start-ups and emerging organizations. 
  • Understands how to build and grow a successful business.
  • Know what to say and more importantly, how to say it.
  • Have the ability to work independently but also a great team player that supports other members and teams.
