Forty8Fifty Labs is hiring Atlassian Solution Architect
Forty8Fifty Labs (a Veristor company) is seeking experienced Atlassian Support Engineers to join the team located in Duluth, Georgia. As a member of Forty8Fifty’s Professional Services Team, you will have the opportunity to use the Atlassian skills you have and build new ones.

Essential Functions:
- Participate in meetings with customers that may require some overnight travel, although the majority of work will be completed remotely
- Contribute individual expertise in technical architecture and customer development discussions to determine the most appropriate Atlassian response
- Establish strong relationships with customers to ensure the use of technologies are well understood and fit their business objectives and outcomes
- Keep current with Atlassian technologies and trends and understand the appropriateness for the application and timing of those technologies with current and future customers
- Conduct instructor-led technical demos and training on JIRA and Confluence
Job Requirements:
- Expertise in Atlassian product suite (JIRA, Confluence, BitBucket, Bamboo, JIRA Service Desk, Portfolio for JIRA, Atlassian’s Marketplace)
- Expertise Installing Datacenter versions of Atlassian product suite (JIRA, Confluence, BitBucket, JIRA Service Desk, Portfolio for JIRA, Atlassian’s Marketplace)
- Experience with pre-sales scoping and has the ability to design and deliver Atlassian-based solutions
- Experience migrating, consolidating, upgrading, integrating, and supporting Atlassian products
- Experience with Atlassian Cloud Products and Migration a major plus
- Familiarity with customizing the Atlassian tools (Workflows, Types, Reports, Dashboards)
- Strong Software implementation and migration knowledge (SDLC, Agile, DevOps, SCRUM, Waterfall, Coding/Scripting Testing)
- Experience with API manipulation
- 3+ years customer consulting experience with a focus in DevOps, Agile Development and Quality Assurance a plus
- Strong presentation, delivery, and Project Management skills
- Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Math or relevant industry experience and training
