Hello @Dunja Sophia Jürgensen ,
As @Mayur Jadhav mentioned : the university is a great place to get started.
If you choose a learning path that suits your needs best you get a good overview of training to follow and the certification you can then take if you would want that.

@Dunja Sophia Jürgensen I'm hired as an internal in DevOps team, and part of my job is supporting the team with Jira and Confluence adoption, so in practice I provide consulting service to my team. This helps me fully understand end user and provide the help they need.
If you are new and want to be Atlassian Consultant, then my recommendation would be to:
1) Learn Jira and Confluence by using it every day for your own benefit.
2) Help your colleagues in the team solve their issues with Jira/Confluence (your role doesn't matter). Just use your 10% of time to learn, grow the skills, and share what you know.
3) Act as a facilitator of a Community of Practice in your company or department to connect people who have a problems to solve with those that know a lot about Jira and Confluence and could help.
After that check what you gained, and if this road is good for you.
