the proposed template is very interesting but we encountered a limit. indeed, by using the forms functionality, we were able to allow the creation of tickets or job applications without necessarily having access to the instance. but apparently it's not possible to create a ticket via a form without having access to the instance. Too bad, it would be very interesting if not.
