About the Role

This is a full-time, permanent role. Your primary responsibility is to create demand for our products through effective messaging and marketing programs. The majority of your time will be spent on our flagship product, ActionableAgile, but you’ll help out with other products as well as needed.

Each day you’ll find yourself focusing on essential responsibilities across one or more of the following four categories:

Strategy and Planning

  • Developing and implementing compelling marketing campaigns and promotions aimed at driving awareness and generating leads that convert to sales.
  • Use data, customer insights, market expert input to make decisions and align marketing strategies and tactics with the product strategy.
  • Plan, manage and coordinate global go-to-market plans product launches or campaigns.


Content Creation

  • Develop product positioning and core messaging with market experts that resonates with our various customer personas.
  • Develop customer-facing assets that support the customer’s journey. This may include website content, infographics, brochures, case studies/white papers, video, blogs, onboarding content, and data sheets to showcase unique value propositions, features and benefits of the products.
  • Develop campaigns jointly with external parties such as partners and subject matter experts on customer acquisitions, customer retention, and thought leadership activities.
  • Provide sales enablement assets and support to channel sales partners.


Research & Intelligence

  • Conduct market research, competitive analysis, benchmarking to stay knowledgeable as a marketing expert for our space (i.e. stay up-to-date on appropriate ways in reaching out target audience).
  • Collect insights internally and externally to understand customer perceptions and reactions.
  • Monitor and report on marketing campaign ROI and effectiveness of campaigns and launches.


Evangelism & Influence

  • Act as a product champion, actively evangelizing our products through frequent social media posts via LinkedIn, Twitter, and Facebook as well as by authoring blog posts.
  • Craft and send a monthly product-specific newsletter to subscribers.
  • Deliver product demos and presentations to potential customers, sometimes in coordination with other team members.
  • Manage internal communications to ensure key stakeholders are aware of marketing programs goals, plans, and outcomes.

 

About You

You have a passion for marketing and are an independent, creative person who isn’t afraid to take initiative and come up with new ideas. You are a storyteller and can translate complex information content into messaging that connects to a wide audience. You have a flexible attitude and can change your approach as new information is learned.

Your Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities

  • Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, including the ability to communicate effectively, respectfully, and tactfully.
  • Ability to perform market research to understand the competitive landscape, our target customers, and the customer journey
  • Proven ability to manage and implement marketing plans that align with product strategies and product lifecycle.
  • Understanding of Google Adwords and Google Analytics is a plus
  • Ability or aptitude to plan, manage, and execute events such as expos, online events, and conferences
  • Curiosity and eagerness to learn new things and develop yourself professionally
  • An ability to receive and provide feedback in a thoughtful way
  • High energy with the capability to flourish in a small, growing organization.
  • Ability to travel globally on occasion.

Your Qualifications

You’ll be the first marketing professional to join our team so you’ll need to have:

  • 2+ years' product marketing experience within a B2B environment. SaaS products preferred.
  • 2+ years' experience working with CRM and Marketing Automation software
  • You live, and have the right to work, in Sweden. Ideally, you live near Malmö and can commute into the office part of the week. However, we will consider candidates who prefer to be fully remote.
