As we continue to expand our reach, we're seeking a Webinar Specialist with a deep understanding of Atlassian tools to join our team.

Role and Responsibilities - as a Webinar Specialist with Atlassian expertise at Meetical, you will:

• Design and deliver captivating webinars to showcase the features and benefits of our products, with a focus on Atlassian tools such as Jira and Confluence.
• Develop compelling webinar content, including presentations, scripts, and visuals, that effectively communicate the value proposition of our solutions.
• Coordinate webinar logistics, from scheduling and registration management to technical setup and troubleshooting
• Engage with webinar attendees through Q&A sessions, discussions, and interactive activities to ensure a meaningful and informative experience.
• Leverage your Atlassian knowledge to provide expert insights and best practices during webinars, catering to the needs of our target audience.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product management, and customer support, to ensure accurate and up-to-date information is presented.
• Create recorded video content for on-demand viewing, expanding the accessibility and reach of our webinar content.
• Monitor and analyze key webinar metrics to measure effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
• Gather feedback from participants to continuously enhance webinar content and delivery.

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Atlassian tools, particularly Jira and Confluence, with a deep understanding of their features and functionalities.
• Demonstrated experience in planning, conducting, and hosting live webinars, as well as recording and editing video content.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and engaging manner.
• Strong organizational and project management abilities to effectively coordinate webinar logistics and deliver compelling content.
• Adept at engaging with audiences, addressing questions, and facilitating discussions to create an interactive and valuable experience.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to evaluate webinar performance and make data-driven improvements.
• Passion for technology, collaboration, and driving user adoption of software solutions.
