PRODUCT MANAGER (Remote) 📈in APAC

Ricksoft is currently seeking a goal-oriented and strategic Product Manager to join our fast-growing Product Team. 

The ideal candidate enjoys all aspects of product planning and can build processes to facilitate robust communication and collaboration with various stakeholders, including our business partners. His role will report to the Lead Product Manager.

Responsibilities

Product Strategy and Vision:

• Develop a clear product vision and strategy that aligns with the company’s goals and objectives.
• Identify and define market opportunities and customer needs through research and analysis.
• Drive product vision, strategy, and execution for digital products.
• Continuously monitor the competitive landscape and industry trends to inform product strategy.

UI/UX Collaboration:

• Work closely with UI/UX designers to create user-centric designs for new and existing applications.
• Ensure that design principles are integrated into the product development process to enhance user experience.
• Foster a user-centered approach to product development, ensuring a seamless user experience.

Product Planning and Execution:

• Define product features and requirements, prioritizing them based on user needs, market trends, and business goals.
• Develop and maintain product roadmaps and backlogs, ensuring timely delivery of product milestones.
• Collaborate with engineering, marketing, sales, and other departments to deliver high-quality products.
• Facilitate communication and coordination between teams to ensure alignment and successful product launches.

User Research and Feedback:

• Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to inform product decisions and improvements.
• Analyze user data and performance metrics to identify areas for enhancement and optimization.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities and inform product decisions.
• Prioritize features and enhancements based on user feedback, market trends, and business objectives.

Stakeholder Communication:

• Communicate product vision, strategy, and progress to stakeholders and team members.
• Prepare and present reports, roadmaps, and updates to senior management.
• Communicate product plans, progress, and performance to stakeholders and executives.

Qualifications / Skills:

Bachelor's Degree and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Computer Science, Engineering)
• A minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience in a fast-paced, data-driven environment, preferably in a technology or SaaS company.
• Strong experience in B2B settings, with a specific emphasis on product-led growth (PLG) strategies.

Collaborative Leadership: Employing a collaborative leadership style that motivates and empowers cross-functional teams and disciplines.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, enabling effective interaction with colleagues, clients, and stakeholders.

Strategic Decision-Making: Proficiently steering strategic product initiatives by meticulously evaluating market dynamics, user input, and in-depth product performance analysis.

Project Management: Proficiency in managing complex, interdependent projects, with a preference for knowledge of the Atlassian stack.

Atlassian Experience: Experience in the Atlassian Economy and familiarity with Atlassian products and marketplace are a valuable plus for the role.

Other Knowledge & Skills:

• Technical knowledge (Javascripts, node.js, React, etc) to review codes and understand the product’s architecture
• Strong background in working with UI/UX designers to create user-centric products.
• Excellent understanding of user interface design principles and best practices.
• Ability to translate user needs and business goals into clear product requirements.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in Product Marketing
• Experience in Budget Management

*This is a fully remote position which may require you to take a few international business trips per year.
