About The Job

We are looking for an experienced HR professional to manage and develop the company’s HR function during a time ofgrowth. You will support key stakeholders in developing business units and support the wider company with exemplary HR knowledge. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with the ability to work independently.

Working at Automation Consultants

• Maintain and develop key HR polices and procedures to support the organisation and meet business agendas

• Support the wider AC team by developing strong engagement and wellbeing initiatives

• Build strong relationships with the management team to develop and support all units of the business

• Champion and continue to develop the organisations culture and values

• Manage all general HR activities, such as resourcing, absence, performance and employee relations

• Maintain and utilise key HR data and analytics in order to highlight areas for improvement

• Keep up-to-date with changes in best practice and employment law

The Ideal Candidate

• Minimum of 4 years’ experience in a similar position, preferably within a start-up or SME environment

• Generalist experience, having overseen all areas of HR including Recruitment, L&D, D&I and ER

• Experience designing and implementing HR processes, policies and procedures to meet business aims

• Exemplary interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders

• Personable, with an enthusiastic approach to work

• CIPD Qualification, Level 5 or higher, desirable

• Experience within the technology industry, beneficial
