In TecnoFor, we are a Platinum Partner of Atlassian, and we are looking for a new teammate to join our team. (When we say team, we mean it for real: we don't do body shopping).

We specialize in executing implementation and integration projects of Atlassian tools and their marketplace in corporate and complex environments. Therefore, we don't expect you to already master all the scenarios you'll encounter.

We need you to not be afraid when it comes to investigating how to solve a customer's problem that doesn't have a straightforward solution, or analyzing why our client's implemented solution (of course, by another provider) isn't working.

If you have prior experience as a consultant working with Atlassian tools (especially Jira and Confluence) or have extensive and deep experience in administering a complex Jira environment, this is your opportunity to join an elite team and grow alongside the best Atlassian consultants and architects.

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:

• More than 5 years of experience in administration and/or consulting of Atlassian tools (especially Jira and Confluence).
• Knowledge of other Atlassian tools (BitBucket).
• Familiarity with the main Atlassian Apps (Bigpicture, Insight, Automation, Tempo, Xray, Exalate).
• Experience in migrations to Cloud.
• Strong interpersonal skills to understand client issues and explain our solutions.
• High analytical capability, research skills, and problem-solving ability.
• Curiosity and willingness to learn (and collaborate with colleagues).

BONUS POINTS FOR:

• Experience in processes (ITSM, PPM, Lean/Agile, Scrum, SAFe, Kanban).
• Development of Atlassian Apps.
• Experience in Programming and Scripting (Groovy, Javascript, ReactJS).
• Code analysis tools, Continuous Delivery, etc. (Jenkins, Bamboo, SonarQube).
• Metrics, reporting, and dashboarding.
• Proficient spoken English.
