About the position
We’re looking for a growth marketer with proven solid organic growth results and mid-level expertise in media buying. This role requires strategic thinking, but mostly it's about execution.
About you
You’re a driven, curious individual who never stops learning. Digitally savvy (like really savvy) with a decent skillset and an analytical mind that is always connecting the dots.
- You know growth tactics inside out, and you’re familiar with all the tools out there, as well as the tricks for tracking and finding the right audience.
- Your copywriting and storytelling skills are top-notch: you’re able to communicate, engage and persuade users with words.
- You have a proven track record of successful growth campaigns (organic and paid).
- You go above and beyond to make sure your strategies bring results.
- You’re extremely organized and thrive when faced with multiple challenges at once.
Main Activities
- Content repurposing, i.e. turn podcasts into Twitter threads, videos into blog posts, blog posts into Linkedin posts, and so on.
- Work hand in hand with our head of marketing to identify growth drivers, new emerging channels, optimization opportunities, and ways to accelerate growth.
- Execute our social media strategy while building communities.
- Identify opportunities for marketing optimization and give recommendations supported by data and analytics.
- Closely monitor your KPIs and engage in constant experimentation to improve results.
- Work side-by-side with the growth team to cover everything from email marketing and social media posts, to ad campaign planning.

Mandatory experience is required in certain areas:
- At least 3 years of total professional experience, with a background in social media growth, community building, content marketing, media buying, demand generation, or e-mail marketing
- Excellent at copywriting, social media algorithms, and trends
- Consumer-centric and data-driven thinking
- Experience building funnels
- Understanding of B2B Marketing
- Experience with GoogleAds or Media buying platforms
- Experience with email marketing tools and tactics
Also optional but good to have:
- You’re good with memes?
- You’re familiar with Project Management Software, Jira, and Atlassian.
