qTest captcha error

We get a captcha error in qTest when we try to connect.  If we login to Jira with that user it asks for captcha and we put that in and it connects.  At that point qTest can connect for a little while and then it get the captcha error after some amount of time.

I'm not really sure on how qTest works, but how does it connect with JIRA? Does it have its own account to authenticate with it?
