hi, I have a problem with displaying transitions on issues. When issue is created I can't see the transitions ( I have a permissions to see it, but I can see the info, that I haven't got it),  after integrity checker I can see it. Can You help me with this problem? I need see the transitions without integrity checker.

Hi @Sylwia Sawicka and welcome to the community,

As Tansu stated, integrity checker will solve the problem and it will provide for you the "fix" button:

The preview screen will display to show you if all the checks have passed.

  1. If any data inconsistencies are found, they'll display in red and theFixbutton will also appear on the page. To fix the incosistencies, select the check for which they appear and select theFixbutton.

  2. Messages in yellow are warnings that the check won't correct. Jira will auto-recover from these inconsistencies when an action is taken on an issue.

If the problem persists my two cents are:

  • Copy the worflow and replace the old one
  • Recreate the workflow (if it's a rather small one)
  • If everything else fails, contact Atlassian's support. You are on a DC version :/

Hi @Sylwia Sawicka

Welcome to the community.

If there is a corruption in workflows, integrity checker checks problematic ones and fixes them all. So, you don't need to run it again. Do you still have a problem after fixing?

HI @Sylwia Sawicka

Welcome to the community.

It might be that there are conditions or validations set on transitions in the workflow.

Review the transitions to see if there are?

Hi Sylwia,

If you're sure you have a proper permission to see the transition but you're unable to do so, please also verify the conditions and validators which may be set on your workflow directly :)
