Detection phase fields holds Functional and Technical values for "X" project and "AB" project required Regression, UT values for same field (Detection phase)
You can add different Contexts for for different projects for the same field. What this means is that you can have a list of values for project X and have a different list of values for the same field for projects Y and Z.
Go to Settings > Issues > Custom Fields.
Search for the field, the click the 3 dots menu to the right.
Select Contexts and Default Value
There you can add more Contexts.
