Is there a solution that fields of create screen in Jira (and Jira servicedesk) display in 2 column??

while two columns isn't possible, maybe using two tabs on creation screen would be helpful

This is not possible, you can only set the order that the field will be display.

May be on the marketplace you can try to find an add-on that will suit your requirement
