Hello All,

First time on the community and just wanted to reach out to pick the collective minds of Jira. So our team recently migrated our Jira and Confluence instances to AWS. Post migration, some users are reporting that in some of their Jira Projects, the data once populated in their Custom Field Table Editor has been stripped. I see examples of a ticket where on the On-Prem server, data is populated; but on the AWS instance, that same ticket, the data is missing. My question is, what would cause that? How could we get that data back? Thank you in advance.
