Show/Hide custom Text Field based on "drop down selection"

Question

I have two custom fields one is dropdown “Business Impact” and other is text field “Business Impact if Other”.
So here I want make the field show and mandate “Business Impact if Other”when the ‘Other’ option selected in dropdown field “Business Impact”.

I would need this working in Jira DC 9.17.4 and Script runner version is 8.10.0

Yes, we have Script runner. Can you please help me with the script. As I have tried but not working.

Hi Raj,

You can do this with Jira Service Management forms. But for just Jira you would need the ScriptRunner Behaviours app.
