Manage app page is displayed blank

Question

Though internet is enabled in the VM, from inside the application it is not able to connect to internet. We have installed Zephyr offline in Jira and when trying to add license key, it is progressing and displaying blank page. I've disable the UPM and tried to add license key but still same error. Please find attachment for more information. Please help.

@SUNIL KUMAR VIJAYA KUMAR It has to be a firewall issue.  Have you checked your firewall rules to make sure that UPM can have both outbound and inbound traffic?
