Log action does not show up the requested field value

I have created an automation rule and want to get the attachment filename of the current issue, via the smart value. For that I added a Log action with the Log message {{attachment.filename}}.

On our development environment it is working fine.

But on our sandbox environment no value will be given back, even if files attached. No attachment related smart value will give any result on the sandbox.

Does someone know where this can be based on?

Thanks in advance!2023-11-17_20h09_54.png2023-11-17_20h10_45.png

Hi @Dominik Helber

I notice your trigger is for Issue Field Changed for either the Description or Attachments changing.

Did the issue PROJ-72 the log shows have any attachments?

Kind regards,
Bill

Hi @Bill Sheboy ,

thanks for the fast response.

I found the issue in meantime by myself.

In the field configuration of the relating project, the attachment field was hidden.

After showing it up, it is working now.
