Is there a way of removing the Agile-menu for certain users?

We're currently evaluating GreenHopper. I like to remove the Agile-menu from the menu-bar for those users (our customers) that do not have access to Agile-enabled projects. As it is right now these users get an empty menu that, when clicked, lead to a getting started with GreenHopper-page.

Is this possible?

Hello Christian!

There is an existing issue about that, to be honest that was not fixed. That issue was more about licencing, though, so I seriously suggest you check this one also as it has to do with the Agile Tab being hidden that you are looking for.

For the moment this is something that cannot be done without customizations (Javascript?) but Atlassian would not be able to provide much insight with that as customizations are out of scope for Atlassian Support.

However, that first link points to some examples you could check on your test system first, if you like. We cannot guarantee they will work as expected but, still, you might find surprising results. ;-)

Cheers,

Theo
