Is there a central location where you can update scriptrunner scripts in bulk?

Hello,

I have quite a few workflow 'custom scripts' by Scriptrunner to update and would like to know if there is a page or central location where you can view and edit them all in bulk?

I know about the built-in script "Script Registry" (which is great) and I can CTRL+F to find the exact ones I need to view .... but can you 'update' scripts from this screen?

Or is there a similar scriptrunner page where this is possible?

Thanks,

Amed

Hi,

Unfortunately there is not. There would be if you put all of your scripts in the Script Editor and then point from all the postfunctions, automations ... to that location.

That way you wouldn't have to look for the scripts in the workflows + a change of the script does not necessarily require a workflow update. Not helpful now I guess, but for future endeavours.

Jeroen

This is just one of the many reasons I like to store all scripts (unless they're super tiny) in the Script Editor, then use the File tab, instead of the Inline tab, to reference the script by name wherever it may end up being used.

You can also re-use scripts if they're in the Script Editor, too.

You can't do an across file, find/replace or anything from within ScriptRunner, maybe if you have access to the server where the files are stored, though.
