Is it possible to set a countup timer SLA?

Hi everyone! ,

I turn to you because I have not found any solution. When defining SLAs, the general performance is that a maximum time on a countdown is established. Is there the possibility to set a countup? in order users know how long it takes consumed in the SLA instead of the time remainin.

Hello Joaquín,

There is no way to do it. :/ Because is very difficult to someone remember all SLA times. So, it's easier think in a countdown than a countup.
