All, when we first installed Service Desk 2.0, we saw the separate tabs for internal and external comments in service desk-enabled projects. We are suddenly (just reported by our service desk team) no longer seeing the tabs. Anyone know why that might be? We're using Service Desk 2.0.4 with JIRA 6.3.7. I don't see anything in the release notes that would explain this.
Service Desk Agents would be able to see both tabs, but Collaborators (https://confluence.atlassian.com/display/SERVICEDESK/Collaborator) will only be able to write Internal Comments.
Apart from this, the tabs also would not be visible on a v1 type license.
All, turns out we are using version 2.1.1, but our license got reverted to the 100 user license we had previously, versus the 50 agent license we purchased in October. Not sure how the license reverted – whether it was a bug during an upgrade or something, but we're keeping an eye on it.
