 I'd like to know if it's possible for a Sub-task to automatically heir "Labels" from its parent when [the sub-task is] created.

Please give the step wise.

Hi @Swaroop 

If you have the Automation for Jira add-on installed, you can do this.  There is a free Lite version and a paid Pro version; both should work.

Your rule would basically be:

1. Trigger: issue created
2. Condition: is a sub-task
3. Action: edit labels, copying from the parent
