How to make a select dropdown load values dynamically upon scrolling

Hi,

We have a custom plugin where we are trying to load huge amount of data in select dropdown but it is taking a lot of time. Is it possible to get the data to load in pieces like we load first 50 in dropdown and when the user reaches the end of the dropdown while scrolling, the next 50 loads.

I'm not aware of any way to do that, unfortunately. Even with a third party plugin.
