Hello, I am currently inheriting the position of scrum master on an existing team with a developed Jira board. The previous scrum master created DoD templates for all kinds of US, but some of them need updating, the problem is that is seems that while I can apply the existing DoD templates to new US, I am not allowed to edit said templates.
The only option we currently see is to remake the templates so that I can later do what I want with them, but this is far from ideal as there are many of such DoD templates.
Is there some way to allow another user to edit existing templates?
Thx in advance
It seems the templates are a kind of checklists (assuming), it seems you don't have the correct permissions.
I'm also assuming it's based on an app.
Contact you Jira administrator and sse if they can grant you the correct permissions.
Thanks for your reply. Yes, these templates are essentially checklists. I will contact the admin and see if he can do something, because neither the previous scrum master nor me seem able to do anything about it on our ends.
BTW, I'm not sure of what you mean by "it's based on an app"

Most checklist options on issues in Jira are based on a 3rd party integration from the Atlassian Marketplace
