Bc we are moving to different Service desk. I need to check the existing security templates. So that I would be able to create (similar to the existing ones) and to attach the security template to the catalogue.
In addition to this, I need to define the workflow for this template

Are you moving to Jira or off of Jira?
What do you mean by "security templates"? That is not terminology used in the Jira product.
