If you can find all the concerned issues with some criteria, you can do a bulk change and use operation Edit.
Then change assignee field
Hi Leena, you could do a JQL search like
project = OPS2 AND issuetype = Subtask
And then use the bulk change tool

Note the use of the bulk change has to be granted by an admin.

I used:
project=<project> and type=Sub-task and parent=<parent's key>
From there, bulk update as noted above.

Do you mean all subtask of one task ? Or all subtask of the project ?
