In my company's Jira we use Time to SLA plugin to manage all SLA's and sometimes when a ticket is created and SLA's are not calculated, we manually use the action to recalculate the SLA's and usually works.
However, I would like to create an automation to do that when the Jira filter shows that a ticket has no SLA, using the schedule trigger.
Is that possible?
If so, how could i do it?
