How do you import multiple issue links from a csv.

I did an export of a ticket and was doing a bulk import of multiple tickets.  I kept the same format of the export. Everything but the linked issues were entered properly. Format below:

Issue Key

Summary

Custom Field(“name”)

Outward issue link(<link name>)

Outward issue link(<link name>)

Outward issue link(<link name>)

Outward issue link(<link name>)

JOE-1

Something here

Something here

TEST-1

TEST-2

TEST-3

TEST-4

The import would only link the last link which would be TEST-4 in this example. Is it possible to import all links in an import? Is there a workaround if not to bulk update links to a large list of tickets? I can't find any documentation on this.

I don't have the option in my field mapping import for 'Blocks' or 'Clones' so I'm unsure how to use this functionality to import tickets with links. Can you assist?

your column headings need to be unique.  Link1, link2, link3, etc.

The column headings on your file need to be unique, Link1 Link2, Link3 and when you're mapping them, the field you're looking for is Link (type of link)
