Which URL do your users use to authenticate? If they login using the Confluence URL they should stay in Confluence unless you have defined any redirection rule in your proxy or similar.

the root url is http://capitalbankjordan.atlassian.net/ the root for confluence is http://capitalbankjordan.atlassian.net/wiki no redirect rule is installed Do you have any idea?

Another way for them to get to Confluence is to have them book mark http://hostname.atlassian.net/wiki this will take them to the Confluence page rather then JIRA. Another way is to edit the host file to redirect one website to another, but in this case you would have to edit each host file to each computer.

We currently do have a open ( accepted ) feature request about this here: https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/CLOUD-6068
