I have a workflow in a Service Desk Project. Employees raise ticket through a form and then is moved to the start of the workflow in the Service Desk Project board.
Users running the process with Service Desk Project can comment on the ticket, but those who dont have this permission cant.
I dont want to give my whole company this access, but I want them to be able to comment in the ticket.
How can I do that?
