How can I allow users without Service Desk Agent access to comment in a Service Desk ticket?

I have a workflow in a Service Desk Project. Employees raise ticket through a form and then is moved to the start of the workflow in the Service Desk Project board. 

Users running the process with Service Desk Project can comment on the ticket, but those who dont have this permission cant. 

I dont want to give my whole company this access, but I want them to be able to comment in the ticket.

How can I do that?

Make sure that your company users are in a role within your JSD project and give that role browse project and add comments on the permission scheme
