Has anyone experienced issues with the Trophies plugin for Jira dashboard being stuck on loading?

I'm currently on a one-month free trial for the Trophies plugin. Everything worked fine during the initial setup in the morning, but by the afternoon, the Trophies dashboard became inaccessible and has been stuck on loading for over an hour with no results.

I've tested the same Trophies plugin demo on another Jira organization, also under the free trial, and it worked smoothly. It seems like the issue is specific to one Jira instance.

Has anyone else experienced this issue? Could you share any insights or suggestions on what might be causing this and how to resolve it? We are considering subscribing to this plugin, but we need to ensure it runs smoothly without interruptions. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

I had similar problem(free trial only), I have disabled the plugin and enabled, then it worked fine.

even uninstall and install the plugin also works fine. 

give it a try.

Thanks for the suggestion! I tried reinstalling the plugin, but unfortunately, it’s still stuck on loading. My organization has around 77 members and approximately 140 projects. Could you let me know how many members and projects you were working with during your free trial?
