Hello Team,

We have created filter example take it as "ABECD” - But while creating Roadmap plan - not able to search this filter in Search option. So, we are not able to create Roadmap.

Any suggestions will be helpful.

Thanks,.

Hi @Mohan Welcome to the Atlassian community.

This is a known issue with Jira when you have large number of saved filters in Jira and this is not only with Roadmap plan but also with creating a boards as well, but in Roadmap plan it's impact is more compare to Jira boards.

As most of the filters are saved with string characters searching for our saved filters name could have many other filters which are having similar characters in filter name and Jira does show only 10 search results in the drop down, so sometime our filter does not appear in the drop down list.

The workaround you can use to search your filter is to update filter name by having special characters in it like -,!,#,$,%,^,&,(,), etc so that it will appear in the top when searching them and later you can rename it to there original name.

Please check the below open requests from Atlassian related to this issue.

Thanks

Hi @Mohan

Please try to reindex your jira & see if that fix the problem.

Thanks
