Don't have access to timer in JIRA Poker Session

For some reason I do not have access to the start timer feature in the Agile Poker Session.  I am a moderator and estimator of the session.  As far as the associated project of the board, I am a Project Administrator.  Others with same roles have access to it, but I don't.

 

Can anyone help?
