Is it possible to define a custom value (like priority changed or priority set to value) for the stop condition in a time metric when defining a SLA?
There are many already I can choose when configuring the stop condition but none is exactly what I need...

Unfortunately, you can't define an SLA with a stop condition based on changing a custom field's value without an app.
