Jan Sękara August 11, 2016

I've created custom subtasks and when I try to add them to an issue - the do not show.

Just the message that issue that i try to attach them to was updated.

Any idea what am i doing wrong?

How are you adding them?  If it's via a popup, you might need to refresh the main issue for them to appear.

Also, what do you mean by "custom subtask"?  Is it just the standard "I've created a new type"?

I have created a new type of subtask, and added it to issuetype schemes

After adding the task, what happens if you refresh the parent issue view?

Nothing happens, stays the same.

Ok, so no sub-task section appears at all on the parent issue?  Can you check that the sub-task is actually created?
