Can I configure multiple mail handlers for the same email for the same project

Question

I wanted to configure three incoming email handlers.

* Create a new issue or add a comment to an existing issue
* Add a comment from the non quoted email body
* Add a comment before a specified marker or separator in the email body

All three email handlers use the same incoming email for the same project.

* Can I configure three incoming mail handlers for the same incoming email id?
* If yes, what is the order in which it will be passed to all the three mail handlers?
