I have update JIRA Version 8.13 to 8.20.9 without problems.
So far everything is ok only one thing is missing - "Backlog"
System export and import ran successfully.
In all boards the backlog is empty.
You only see issues that are assigned to a sprint.
Any idea?

Here are my usual update steps:
- Administration - System - Import/Export
+ create backup.zip
- back up special files
+ server.xml. cacert, keystroke.jks
- pg_dump database
- run update "atlassian_version.bin"
+ only update
+ with backup
+ don't start jira at the end
- restore special files
- start jira
- Administration - System - Import/Export
+ restore from backup.zip
finish

Hi @tdreissi ,
without knowing tall the steps you've taken after the upgrade, could you first try a full reindex? Data not showing up in Jira is often due to the index not being up to date.
