How to produce a report

I need to create a simple report that shows story name, linked epic, story points/hours, assignee, grouped by current sprint. I'd like to create a subscription to have this emailed to me. How do I create the report to be grouped by "current epic", such that I don't have to update the report each time? And what would be the jquery used to create this report which I believe should be simple?
